Shipping and Returns
We try our best to process orders as they come in. Our orders will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order—but typically much sooner.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be notified once your order ships with tracking details.
Our primary method of shipping is via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS with estimated delivery in 1-4 business days depending on the service. Note: As a result of the ongoing COVID-19, shipping may take longer than usual to arrive.
Customers are responsible for filling out the shipping address correctly, Junior Scoop Shop is not responsible for any shipping address entry errors. If you find that you made an error in entering your address, reach out to us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve.
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier service (USPS or UPS) to deliver the package to you. Junior Scoop Shop is not responsible for issues that may arise beyond our control. The customer should contact USPS or UPS for stolen, missing, damaged or delayed package assistance and claims.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us regarding your order. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your shipment was received to process a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, free from pet hair, smoke, other scents and in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving shipment. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your order number and item(s) you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels for any returns at this time and the costs associated with return shipping cannot be refunded.
We suggest sending return items via an insured and trackable method of delivery requiring a signature. Once returned items are received and approved, we process the refund within 48 hours.
All sale items are final sale and returns will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For exchanges, your ordered item will still need to go through the return process. You can place a new order for the correct item you wish to purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Once notified, you can also check with your bank and credit card company for estimated timeframes for processing and posting credits.
