Where are your products sourced and made?
We list origin in each product listing but majority of our collection is made in Korea. South Korean children's clothing brands are wearable, trendy with a distinctive style and made with the highest quality and softest fabrics.

This is why we are bringing it to you straight from the source where children's apparel is made with care, KC-certified and tested for baby safety without the international shipping cost and time.

Are products in your shop ethically and sustainably sourced?
South Korea has strict labor and environmental laws that manufacturers are required to meet. Material composition can be found listed under each product description whenever available.

Do you have a sizing guide?
Yes, our sizing guide can be found here.

How long is the expected order processing and shipping?
We try our best to process orders as they come in. Our orders will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order—but typically much sooner.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be notified once your order ships with tracking details.

Our primary method of shipping is via USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail with estimated delivery in 1-4 business days depending on the service. Note: As a result of the ongoing COVID-19, shipping may take longer than usual to arrive.

Customers are responsible for filling out the shipping address correctly, Junior Scoop Shop is not responsible for any shipping address entry errors. If you find that you made an error in entering your address, reach out to us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve.

Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier service (USPS) to deliver the package to you. Junior Scoop Shop is not responsible for issues that may arise beyond our control. The customer should contact USPS for stolen, missing, damaged or delayed package assistance and claims.

The item I wish to purchase is sold out, will it be restocked?
It is common for Korean brands to release new arrivals to their collections almost weekly. We are a small batch operation and rotate out our collections to offer a wider selection of products to our customers. 

In the case an item may be oversold due to conflicting checkouts, software or human error, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve.
